Compliance with Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully, through accessing our website you agree to comply with these terms and conditions (terms).

Quotations

Quotations (quotes) are valid for 14 days barring errors.

Payment Terms

To place an order a 50% deposit is required. The balance is required in full prior to the dispatch of the Morgan Fenton workshop. Invoices are sent electronically to transact the deposit payment.

Returns

All sales are final and the company does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognise and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances. Please choose carefully. The company makes no warranties regarding the performance or operation of the products.

Lead Times

We will provide you with an estimated date upon the placement of your order. Delays do not constitute a breach of contract and Morgan Fenton is not liable or responsible for any disruptions or costs incurred

Changes to Orders and Cancellations

Changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement by contacting the Morgan Fenton team. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time in which case all funds paid by Purchaser will be returned.

Custom Orders

Modifications outside our standards may be possible. To request any modifications please email hello@morganfenton.com.au. All requested modifications must be made in writing and additional costs and lead times may apply if approved.

Timber

A natural feature of solid timber is the varying colours, grains, and textures. The timber in your furniture may change as it responds to the environment. MF furnished takes no responsibility for the discoloration, splitting, cracking, general wear and tear to your furniture. These are not considered faults or flaws and will not compromise the construction of any piece made.

Delivery

Morgan Fenton only uses and authorises employees of a nominated delivery company to carry out deliveries and accepts no responsibility for damage or injury caused to any unauthorised person.

Customers are responsible for checking that all goods have free and easy access to their intended destination. Additional costs apply for difficult access. An inspection service at an additional fee may be arranged. Purchaser must inspect and note any damages on the delivery docket upon delivery and advise our store within 24 hours.

Limitations of Liability

All products must be used for their purpose and we are not responsible for any damage or injury caused as a result of fixings, installation, placement, or misuse.
